Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for select items. You have 30 days from the date of invoice to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • It must include all original packaging and documentation.

  • Used aircraft parts are generally final sale, unless the item is significantly not as described (e.g., wrong item, damaged during shipping, or defective).

To request a return, contact us at airplanerepair@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Return shipments must be pre-approved. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  • For other approved returns, shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
