🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers through Shopify's discounted rates, including:

  • UPS® (Shopify-discounted rates)

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
A flat $20 handling fee is applied to each order to cover packaging and fulfillment costs.


⏱️ Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.


🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the contiguous 48 United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


📦 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location

  • The weight and packaging dimensions of your order

  • Our real-time carrier rates via Shopify

An additional $20 handling fee is included in the shipping total.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:

  • Contact us at airplanerepair@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and any available tracking information

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
